The short version. This is Redigi's own site. What is on it describes the service we provide to real estate offices. It is marketing material, not an offer and not a quote, and nothing on it forms a contract.
If your office engages us, the Redigi Services Agreement and the Statement of Works accepted with it are what govern that, not this page. The clauses below are the document, and they govern.
Who we are
Redigi Pty Ltd, ACN 683 525 859, ABN 46 683 525 859, of PO Box 2, Brunswick South VIC 3055, Australia. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Redigi Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person reading them.
We provide marketing and technology services to real estate offices across Australia.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to redigi.com.au, to the Studio at my.redigi.com.au, and to the emails we send from them. By using either you accept them.
They do not cover the other places we run. The chat and the pages at heyrova.com have their own terms, and the campaign pages at suburbreports.au have theirs. Each set is on the surface it governs.
They also do not cover a website, listing page or campaign we built and run for a client office. That is the office's, it wears the office's brand, and what governs it is the agreement between us and that office.
What this site is, and what it is not
This site describes our own service. It is marketing material, written by us, about what we do.
Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation capable of acceptance, or a contract, and nothing on it forms part of one. A description of the service is not a promise of a particular result for a particular office.
Anything about pricing is indicative. What an office actually pays is what its Statement of Works says, and that is the figure that binds either of us.
Anything about the property market, an area, a suburb or what marketing typically achieves is general information. It is not a valuation, not financial advice, not legal or taxation advice, and not a recommendation to do anything in particular.
What we do changes. We may add to the service, change it or withdraw part of it, and the site is updated when we do. It describes the service as it stands at the time you read it.
If you engage us
The relationship between us and a real estate office that engages us runs on the Redigi Services Agreement and the Statement of Works accepted with it. Those documents set out the services, the fees, the term, intellectual property, confidentiality and everything else between us.
If both could apply, the Services Agreement wins for anything it covers. These terms fill the gap for someone who is only reading the site.
Getting in touch through this site does not engage us and does not bind either of us. It starts a conversation, and nothing more happens until an agreement is signed.
The Studio
my.redigi.com.au is the signed-in area for client offices and the people on their teams. Access is by invitation and is part of the service under the Services Agreement.
Your sign-in is yours. Please do not share it, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
We may suspend or withdraw access where an agreement ends, where access is being misused, or where leaving it open would put other people or our systems at risk.
What we ask of you
Use these pages lawfully and reasonably. In particular, please do not:
- impersonate somebody else, or pretend to be acting for a person or a business when you are not;
- send us somebody else's personal information without their knowledge;
- send us sensitive information, as our privacy policy explains, because we do not want it and do not ask for it;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer any part of these pages, or reach any part not open to you;
- use our contact details to send advertising.
We may restrict access where a page is used in a way that breaches this section, is unlawful, or puts other people or our systems at risk.
Our content, and other people's
The Redigi name and marks, the wording, the design and the software of these pages are ours or our licensors'.
You may read, print and share this site for your own purposes as someone considering the service or working with us. Please do not copy it for a commercial purpose, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Where a client office's brand, logo or property material appears here, it belongs to that office, its vendor or their licensors, and it appears with permission.
Links to other places. These pages link to places we do not run, including LinkedIn and the Australian Business Register. Once you follow a link you are on their territory, and we are not responsible for what is there.
Your privacy
How your information is handled is set out in full in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers what is collected, what runs on these pages, who receives it, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how to see, correct or delete it.
Every marketing email we send carries a working unsubscribe, and it holds permanently. You can also email privacy@redigi.com.au, and Deleting your information is the step-by-step for asking us to delete what we hold.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where its guarantees apply they cannot be excluded, and we do not try to exclude them.
Where the law permits us to limit our liability for failing one of those guarantees, we limit it to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
If anything else in these terms conflicts with a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, that right wins and the conflicting part does not apply.
When something goes wrong
We try to keep these pages available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always work, always be available, or always be right. Software fails and platforms change.
Subject entirely to section 9, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer from relying on information on this site, or from a page being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects what the Services Agreement says about liability between us and a client office.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes or the law does. The current version always sits at this address with the date it took effect, and using these pages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.
