The quickest route is your own account manager, who knows your office and your campaigns. Anything about a listing, a request in flight or a campaign running now belongs with them.

If it is about your own information
Our privacy address
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, stop marketing in one step, or ask us to delete it. You do not need an account and there is no charge.

If you run an agency
Ask for a proposal
Six questions on the home page and we will write you a real proposal for your office, with your figures in it. If you would rather talk first, the numbers above reach Pamela directly.
If something has gone wrong

Tell us first, at privacy@redigi.com.au for anything about information, or pamela@redigi.com.au for anything else. We acknowledge within 5 business days and respond within 30 days.
If a privacy complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
If you were talking to a chat
If you were messaging a real estate agency's Facebook page or Instagram account and want a person, just ask in the conversation. Say you want to speak to someone and a person picks it up. You do not have to come here to do it.
